A Love Affair
MAFIMISILE - "Ma fi mi silẹ" is a Yoruba sentence that means Do not Leave Me. The singer expresses his affections towards his beloved as he pleads “Mafimisile” in a passionate undertone accompanied with melodic smooth flowing rhythm that leaves listeners with no choice but to vibe to the song. In "Mafimisile", Signechor Vybez expresses the importance of sticking with one’s lover by exploring the central theme of the song which is Dedication.
Like most outstanding musical performances, the song Mafimisile begins with wonder and ends with delight. The song is a unique seamless musical expression that doesn't conform with the regular pre-existing musical patterns or arrangement, as there is no definite standard chorus, verse, or bridge. It starts slowly and builds up every moment till the song fades out. The song's structure could be technically complex but musically simplified and easily resonates as we can hear the singer crying "Mafimisile" countlessly from the depth of his heart.
